Service Policy
Appointments prioritized, Walk-ins welcomed
Cancellation and Late Policy
Cancellations are accepted at least 2 hours prior to appointment. After two consecutive no calls or no shows , client will no longer be able to book appointments without a deposit. We book appointments every 15 minutes and allow a grace period. After the first five minutes, you will be considered a walk-in and no longer guaranteed to be serviced that day.
